- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The objective of the study is to evaluate the amount of aerosol contamination in the clinic while performing scaling with different antimicrobial extracts in dental water line as a measure to decrease the microbial load in the aerosol.Timepoint: After completion of 15 minutes of oral prophylaxis, agar plates will be sent for colony counting. CFU will be counted after incubating the agar plate for 48 hours in aerobic chamber.
