Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients of ASA-1, ASA-2 and ASA-3 physical status
2. Patients of major abdominal surgeries
3. Patients willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients refused to participate
2. Patients with ASA- 4 physical status
3. Patients with pregnancy, nursing female and morbid obesity
4. Patients under history of renal dysfunction
5. Patients with pre-existing bleeding diathesis
