1. It met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for ischemic stroke;
2. Patients with acute ischemic stroke;
3. All patients aged 40 to 80 years old;
4. Conventional MRI scan showed no abnormal signal areas except lesions;
5. There was no history of brain and spinal cord diseases.
(1) The diagnosis was not confirmed by CT or MRI;
(2) Patients with multiple or bilateral infarctions confirmed by CT or MRI;
(3) Motor disorders caused by other nervous system diseases (such as Parkinson's disease and syndrome, brain tumors, hepatolenticular degeneration);
(4) The diagnosis was hemorrhagic stroke and transient ischemic attack;
(5) Combined with serious medical diseases (such as heart, liver, kidney and other important organ failure, atrial fibrillation, pulmonary embolism);
(6) Patients with coma of consciousness, dementia, vegetative state or mental disorder;
(7) Severe hypertension (SBP >=180mmHg or DBP >=110mmHg), hypertensive encephalopathy, diabetic ketoacidosis;
(8) There are fixed metal, denture, metal foreign body or pacemaker in the body;
(9) Low quality of image.
