研究概览
简要总结
This is an open label single arm trial to evaluate the efficacy of Guduchayadi Yog in
management of Dyslipidemia . In this study 6 gm of Guduchayadi yog Churna will be given to patients
twice a day with honey for 45 days.
- Follow up period will be every 15th day for 45 days. 2. Improvement and other effects will be noted. 3. Laboratory investigations will be repeated for the assessment (0-45-90th days).

入选标准
- •Patients of either sex from age 25 to 60 years.
- •Patients will be diagnosed on the basis of Dyslipidemia index.
- •Any one or more of the following criteria will be selected.
- •â€¢ Elevated levels of serum cholesterol (201 mg/dl or more) ï‚· Ratio of total cholesterol to HDL is should be grater than 4.5 • Elevated serum triglycerides (S.
- •LDL) (131 mg/dl or more).
排除标准
- •Age below 25 years and above 60 years of either sex.
- •Dyslipidemia associated with hyperthyroidism, Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus or Cushing syndrome
- •Any concomitant serious disorder of the liver, kidney, heart, lungs or other organs.
- •Person undergoing treatment for any other serious illness.
- •Pregnancy and lactation.
