Smokers who smoke at least 5 cigarettes / day, over the age of 18, are clinically stable and have not had medication changes for at least 30 days, have a desire to stop smoking and participate in the anti-smoking program and individuals physically inactive according to physical activity level assessment.
Smokers who meet the following exclusion criteria will be excluded: individuals with pathological conditions that prevent physical exercise (orthopedic, neurological diseases, uncontrolled hypertension) and people who have lost more than 20 pounds in the last year.

Name Time Method Quality of life, assessed by the Quality of Life Questionnaire Medical Outcomes Study 36 - Item Short - Form Health Survey - SF-36; anxiety and depression symptoms, assessed by the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory and Beck Depression Inventory questionnaires; sleep quality, assessed by the Insomnia Severity Index, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Epworth Sleepiness Scale questionnaires, pulmonary function assessed by the spirometry test, functionality by the battery of Short Physical tests Performance Battery and the Six-Minute Walking Test, peripheral muscle strength through the dynamometry test and physical activity level that will be assessed using a pedometer and accelerometer.
