Inclusion Criteria
patient from 25 years to 35 years in 2nd trimester pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant woman suffering from any of the following
1. Diabetes and Hypertension
2. Pregnant women on any special diet
3. 1st trimester and 3rd trimester
