Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Evaluate the vertical jump after muscle stretching and compare it with the vertical jump before the intervention. It is expected to find a percentage improvement greater than 3% of the jump performance after stretching the antagonist muscle group to the jump, using the force platform and the kinemetry system for the jump analysis.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
It is expected to find a decrease in jumping performance after stretching the agonist muscle group, compared to the jump measurement before the intervention.
