Name Time Method Evaluate the vertical jump after muscle stretching and compare it with the vertical jump before the intervention. It is expected to find a percentage improvement greater than 3% of the jump performance after stretching the antagonist muscle group to the jump, using the force platform and the kinemetry system for the jump analysis.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find a decrease in jumping performance after stretching the agonist muscle group, compared to the jump measurement before the intervention.
