- •The project foresees the participation of 30 healthy participants; male; between 18 to 50 years of age; body mass index greater than 18 less than 25 kilograms per square meter; residents in the city of Florianópolis; volleyball players regularly
排除标准
- •Will be removed who have any type of disease that prevents the vertical jump; athletes aged under 18 and over 50; athletes who have already had experience with the use of the stretching technique with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation
