Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ASA classes I and II patients aged between 18\-60 years who will be candidates for elective shoulder and proximal surgeries for less than 2\.5 hours will be selected for the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Any allergic reaction to the study drugs.
  • 2\. Pregnant women, drug abusers and psychiatric patients.
  • 3\. Patient who had anatomical or vascular abnormality in the upper extremity.
  • 4\. Bleeding diathesis.
  • 5\. Local infection of neck.
  • 6\. Patient refusal.
