Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA classes I and II patients aged between 18\-60 years who will be candidates for elective shoulder and proximal surgeries for less than 2\.5 hours will be selected for the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Any allergic reaction to the study drugs.
- •2\. Pregnant women, drug abusers and psychiatric patients.
- •3\. Patient who had anatomical or vascular abnormality in the upper extremity.
- •4\. Bleeding diathesis.
- •5\. Local infection of neck.
- •6\. Patient refusal.
