Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Persons with knee osteoarthritis diagnosed with NICE criteria.
- •2\. Individuals completed at least 5 th grade of schooling
- •3\. Individuals by themselves or relatives having mobile phone
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individuals scoring grade 4 on KL grading, pain more than 8/10 on NPRS scale and Knee ROM less than 90 of knee flexion
- •2\. Individuals with dementia or cognitive disability
- •3\. Vision or hearing impairment.
- •4\. History of receiving formal exercises in past.
- •5\. Individuals who are willing to come for regular face to face instructed exercise program at OPD
