Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.An office worker who works in the current job profile for last 12 months
  • •2\.Uses computer at least 6 hours/day in office
  • •3\.Able to read and write English
  • •4\.Participant willing to participate

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Any other work/field related work
  • •2\.Any history of Musculoskeletal or Neurological disorders such as Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Radiculopathies, Migraine, Vertigo etc.
  • •3\.Any history of congenital disease
  • •4\.Any history of recent surgery
  • •5\.Any history of recent injury
  • •6\.Pregnant women
