Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Individuals age 45\-60 years
  • •both male and female
  • •Type\-2 diabetes and were on oral hypoglycemic agents with or without insulin therapy.
  • •Individuals who are willing to participate in study and providing signed informed consent form

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Diabetic foot ulcer.
  • •type 1 diabetes
  • •pregnant women.
  • •experienced stroke before 6 months.
  • •visual deficit.
  • •case of respiratory disease,neurological disease,coronary artery disease.people with thyroid disease and musculoskeletal problem that interfred with exercise training
