Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals age 45\-60 years
- •both male and female
- •Type\-2 diabetes and were on oral hypoglycemic agents with or without insulin therapy.
- •Individuals who are willing to participate in study and providing signed informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
- •Diabetic foot ulcer.
- •type 1 diabetes
- •pregnant women.
- •experienced stroke before 6 months.
- •visual deficit.
- •case of respiratory disease,neurological disease,coronary artery disease.people with thyroid disease and musculoskeletal problem that interfred with exercise training
