Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with central perforation of tympanic membrane following infective or traumatic perforations of tympanic membrane.
2.Ear must be dry for at least 4 weeks.
3.Patient should have pure conductive type of hearing loss.
Exclusion Criteria
1.History of previous ear surgery
2.Attico-antral disease
3.Active discharge
4.Nasopharyngeal pathology
5.Eustachian tube dysfunction
6.Active rhinosinusitis
7.pure sensoryneural hearing loss
