Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients scheduled to undergo laparoscopic colectomy at Kyungpook National University Chilgok Hospital
- •2\) Patinetns who are 20\-75 years old.
- •3\) Patients who graded as American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I or II
- •4\) Patients whose main skin incision length is expected to be less than 6 cm
- •5\) Patients with bilirubin levels below 0\.4 mg / dl
- •6\) Patients with glomerular filtration rate over 50cc / min
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients with allergies to morphine, pregabalin, ropivacaine
- •2\) Patients with drug dependence
- •3\) Patients with chronic pain
- •4\) Patients with sleep apnea
- •5\) Patients with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •6\) Patiens who take analgesics within 24 hours before surgery
- •7\) Patients with mental illness
