- •Primigravida women at term pregnancy with vertex presentation who were in active phase of labor and without any complications.
排除标准
- •Women with cervical dilatation Ë? 6 cm, multiple pregnancy, cephalopelvic disproportion, pregnancy induced hypertension, moderate and severe anemia, heart disease, other medical and surgical illness, known allergy to any of the drugs to be used and who were not willing to participate in the study.
