Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Gestational age 20\-24
- •Willingness to participate in research
- •Have reading and writing skills
- •first or second pregnancy
- •assessment of delivery as a scary event (score of 3 or more 5 Likert scale)
- •age range 18\-35
- •single pregnancy
- •Wanted Pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Chronic disease such as heart disease, Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus
- •History of abortion and cesarean section
- •Placenta previa
- •Use of certain drugs
- •Mental illness during the last year
- •Drug addiction and cigarette smoking
