1. Kand Bhagna (Fracture) diagnosed according to classical signs and symptoms described in ayurvedic as well as modern texts along with X ray confirmation.
2. Patients of both sexes within the age group 18-60 (madhyam vaya avastha) years.
3. Simple - Closed Fracture
4. Fractures that can be reduced using closed reduction.
5. Stable fractures i.e. fractures in which the alignment of bony ends can be maintained without internal fixation.
1. Patients below 18 years and above 60 years of age.
2. Fractures other than those of long bones of upper limbs.
3. Open/Compound fracture
4. Pathological fractures, Stress fractures and complicated fractures, bones with osteo sarcoma and other growths.
5. Fractures requiring open reduction and internal fixation.
6. Fractures associated with other debilitating diseases like Diabetes, Tuberculosis, Leprosy, pt those on steroid therapy.
