1. IgA nephropathy was confirmed by renal biopsy;
2. The glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was more than 50 ml / min·1.73 m2;
3. Aged >= 18 years and <= 80 years, regardless of gender;
4. They agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
1. Secondary IgAN, such as cirrhosis, lupus nephritis, hepatitis B associated nephritis, purpura nephritis, etc.;
2. Those who use steroid or immunosuppressant within 3 months;
3. No abnormality was found in stool microscopic examination, and no antibiotics or lactulose drugs affecting fecal pH value were used within 3 months before collecting fecal and blood samples;
4. Severe damage of heart, brain and liver function or other serious basic diseases.
