Name Time Method 1. Survey of diagnostic facilities.<br>2. Qualitative data on current practice, decision making and perceived barriers to diagnosis and management of suspected heart failure <br>3. An integrated care scheme for patients with suspected heart failure (outcomes to be measured will include diagnostic rates, appropriate treatment, quality of life, quality of symptom control, rates of hospital referral, rates of hospitalisation and economic costs) <br>4. An 'academic detailing' programme for training GPs to manage heart failure
