(1) Regular Pneumonectomy under General Anesthesia
(2) one hour or more of one lung ventilation
(3) ASA class 1-3 patients
(4) Adults who can write a consent form (19 years old or older)
(1) ASA physical status ? or higher: ex) Patients requiring immediate medical treatment due to severe systemic diseases
(2) Heart failure (hypertension, oliguria, pulmonary edema, left ventricular ejection fraction <45%) and preoperative inotropes
(3) Artificial ventilation and oxygen therapy immediately before surgery
(4) large emphysema and pneumothorax
(5) pregnancy and lactation
(6) patients participating in similar studies
(7) other surgery and joint operation
(8) Patients who do not understand the study or have indicated their intention not to participate in the study.
(9) patients with elevated blood pressure
(10) patients with peripheral neuropathy or blood circulation disorders
(11) patients with hemoglobin disease
(12) congenital heart disease with cardiac shunt
