1.Patients over 18 years of age.
2.Absence of general medical contraindications for oral surgery procedures such as jaws pathology, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension.
3.Mandibular molar teeth indicated for extraction.
1.Patients who were immunocompromised, with systemic disease, pregnant or lactating women.
2.Patients with acute or chronic infection.
3.Teeth with periapical cyst.
4.Patients allergic to tetracycline.
5.Poor compliance.
6.Mandibular molars requiring surgical extractions (either sectioning or flap releasing).
7. Impacted mandibular third molar.
