入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients with ingrown toenails attending skin OPD with stage I disease( any age, both males and females), symptomatic and showing recurrence with conservative management.
- •2. Patients ( any age, both males and females) with ingrown toenails attending skin OPD with stage II and III disease
排除标准
- •1. Patients with peripheral vascular disease, Raynauds phenomenon, systemic sclerosis or with any other contraindications to use of local anesthetic with vasoconstrictors.
- •2. Patients with co morbidities like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled hypertension and patients on long term steroids or onimmunosuppressant.
- •3. Patients having allergy or sensitivity to phenol or history of prolonged wound healing with phenol use.
- •4. Patients allergic to lignocaine.
