Inclusion Criteria

Patient with American Society Of Anaesthesia Grade 1 and 2 undergoing laproscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

EXCLUSION CRITERIA- Patient with gastric reflux, peptic ulcer hiatal hernia,liver disease with deranges liver function, hypersensitivity to pantoprazole will be excluded from study.

<br/ ><br> A)To study effect/ action of intravenous rabeprazole on gastric pH and volume during laparoscopic cholecystectomy. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: The gastric aspirates for pH (3ML) and volume and measurement will be collected through Ryleâ??s tube (16G).Colour of samples will be noted. <br/ ><br>i) At the end of 8 hrs of fasting period before inj rabeprazole-TIME-0 <br/ ><br> ii) Post Induction 5minutes Before CO2 insufflation <br/ ><br> iii) 5 minutes Post CO2 Inflation than Half hrly perioperatively <br/ ><br> iV) Post CO2 deflation 5 ,10 ,15minuts and 30 minutes perioperatively <br/ ><br> V) I/2 hr & 1hr after extubation. <br/ ><br>
