Inclusion Criteria
- •full-thickness supraspinatus
- •degenerative tears
- •age range 40 :65
Exclusion Criteria
- •subscapularis tear
- •small and massive tears
- •traumatic tears
- •partial -thickness tear
- •revisioin surgery
- •glenohumeral arthretic changes and shoulder instability
