- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1)confidence interval-95%

2)power of study-80%

which means that maximum acceptable Type I errors and TypeII errors are 5 and 20 respectively.

A)Positive results may be achieved with this study by the oral use of the drug Ibandronate sodium 150mg that can minimize the alveolar resorption around dental implants which might enhance early oral rehabilitation and improve ridge remodeling in implant surgery.Timepoint: within 3 years of time period
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method A)establish early osseointegration, early rehabilitation in osteoporotic patients by using the drug Ibandronate sodium orally to hinder resorption.

achieve sustenance of good bone around dental implants and to design a protocol for the management of alveolar resorption in osteoporotic cases requiring Dental implants.Timepoint: with in 3 years of time period
