- •ASA Grade 1 & 2
- •Modified Mallampatti 1 & 2
- •BMI < 30 KG/M2
排除标准
- •1.Patient’s refusal to take part in the study.
- •2.Patients with anticipated difficult airway, reduced mouth opening/disease of oral cavity
- •3.Patients requiring more than three attempts at intubation or I-gel insertion.
- •4.Surgery lasting more than more than 2 hours.
- •5.Very anxious patients or those who are unable to communicate.
- •6.Severe systemic disorder involving any particular system (respiratory, CVS, renal etc.) or in combination.
- •7.Inadequate cervical mobility/cervical malformation.
- •8.full stomach/increased risk of aspiration (GERD, hiatus hernia, diabetes mellitus)
- •9.Pregnancy,
