Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA Grade 1 \& 2
- •Modified Mallampatti 1 \& 2
- •BMI \< 30 KG/M2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient’s refusal to take part in the study.
- •2\.Patients with anticipated difficult airway, reduced mouth opening/disease of oral cavity
- •3\.Patients requiring more than three attempts at intubation or I\-gel insertion.
- •4\.Surgery lasting more than more than 2 hours.
- •5\.Very anxious patients or those who are unable to communicate.
- •6\.Severe systemic disorder involving any particular system (respiratory, CVS, renal etc.) or in combination.
- •7\.Inadequate cervical mobility/cervical malformation.
- •8\.full stomach/increased risk of aspiration (GERD, hiatus hernia, diabetes mellitus)
- •9\.Pregnancy,
