Inclusion Criteria
- •1ASA physical status I and II.
- •2Age between 1 to 12 years.
- •3Patients undergoing elective surgeries like hernia repair, hypospdiasis repair,
- •Circumcision and brief procedures like cystoscopy under general anesthesia with caudal epidural anaesthesia.
- •4Patients giving consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1operation time expected \>4 hours
- •2 risk of aspiration,
- •3 known difficult airway
- •4congenital malformations involving respiratory tract
- •5cervical spine disease
