Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Myocardial injury is defined as elevation of Troponin I levels in intial or follow up and these patients will be included this study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criterias are age less than 18 years, previous heart disease history (congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, etc), previous abnormal echocardiography records (systolic dysfunction or RWMA), and chronic renal failure.
