Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • patients sheduled for elective percutaneous nephrolithotomy,
  • Age 20\-65yrs,
  • ASA physical status I and II

Exclusion Criteria

  • H/o allergy to local anaesthetics,
  • Infection at the site of block,
  • H/o chronic pain syndrome,
  • patient on chronic opioid medication,
  • coagulation abnormalities,
  • anatomical deformities of chest
