Inclusion Criteria
- •patients sheduled for elective percutaneous nephrolithotomy,
- •Age 20\-65yrs,
- •ASA physical status I and II
Exclusion Criteria
- •H/o allergy to local anaesthetics,
- •Infection at the site of block,
- •H/o chronic pain syndrome,
- •patient on chronic opioid medication,
- •coagulation abnormalities,
- •anatomical deformities of chest
