2.Symptomatic prolapsed intervertebral disc disease with VAS score more than 7 after walking or standing for 15 minutes.
3.Already treated for 3 months with antineuropathic medicines without satisfactory improvement, failed conservative therapy.
4.In MRI there is prolapsed intervertebral disc & disc height is maintained (more than 50%).
5.Patients who did not want open neurosurgery and give consent for nucleoplasty and minimal disk intervention.
1.Patients with motor deficit or significant sensory loss or bladder bowel involvement.
2.Cauda equina syndrome
3.Severe spinal canal stenosis
4.Loss of disk height > 50%.
5.Spinal fracture or tumor
6.Patients who want neurosurgery.
7.Coagulopathy
8.Local skin infection
