- •It conforms to the consensus of Experts on The Diagnosis and Treatment of Rosacea in China (2016), and the clinical manifestations and stages of rosacea are rhinophytosis. Long course of disease, the nose connective tissue hyperplasia, abnormal increase of sebaceous glands, so that the tip of the nose hypertrophy, the formation of different size nodular eminence, known as nasal excrescents, uneven surface, sebaceous gland mouth significantly increased, there is white sebaceous overflow, capillary obvious expansion. At the same time, patients with rosacea who met the e1-Azhary classification criteria were diagnosed as moderate (epithelial hyperplasia with small nodules) and severe (giant nodules).
- •Inclusion criteria
- •1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria;
- •2. Aged 18-75 years, regardless of gender;
- •3. Sign informed consent and participate in the trial and follow-up.
排除标准
- •1. Women who are pregnant, preparing for pregnancy and breast-feeding;
- •2. With other diseases that may cause facial infrared, papular pustules, such as seborrheic dermatitis, acne vulgaris, hormone-dependent dermatitis, etc.;
- •3. Patients with serious heart, liver, lung, kidney and other internal diseases;
- •4. Scar constitution.

Traitement des rhinopharyngites et des bronchites aigues de l'adulte par une association de chlorydrate d'ambroxol et d'alfa-amylasees rhinopharyngites et les bronchites aigues de l'adulte constituent un vrai problème de santé publique (fréquence des consultations médicales, jours d'arrêt de travail,...). Notre étude s'inscrit dans le cadre des recommandations visant à limiter l'usage des antibiotiques par la mise en oeuvre d'un médicament associant le chlorhydrate d'ambroxol et l'alfa-amylase.
