- •Patients de plus de 18 ans de sexe indifférent consultant pour une rhinopharyngite et/ou une bronchite aigue caractérisées par une toux évoluant depuis moins de 3 jours, et plus généralement de symptômes ne justifiant pas d'antibiothérapie.

- •Patients avec des symptômes de plus de 3 jours; patients de moins de 18 ans et de plus de 45 ans avec une consommation tabagique évaluable à plus de 20 paquets-année; patients de sexe féminin en âge de procréer sans contraception efficace; patients avec suspicion de pneumonie, avec une BPCO connue et traitée, avec une exacerbation de BPCO; ou avec un asthme et/ou une rhinite allergique traités.
