- Body mass index ≥ 25 kg/m2
- Volunteering for the study
- Having uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus
- Having comorbidities that may affect physical functions
- Failure to cooperate with tests to be performed
- Liver disease, kidney disease, cancer, lung diseases and serious cardiomyopathies, neurological diseases
- Pregnancy
- Having a history of bariatric surgery
- Presence of contraindications to exercise testing

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Arm exercise capacity 1st day It will be assessed by 6 minute pegboard and ring test.
Exercise capacity 1st day It will be assessed by 6 minute walk test.
Hand grip strength 1st day Will be measured using a hang grip dynamometer.
Muscle endurance 1st day 30 second push-up test will be used, and total number will be recorded.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Upper extremity functional status 1st day Upper extremity functional status will be assessed with the Upper Extremity Functional Index. This index consists of 20 questions, and the lowest possible score is 0 and the highest score is 80. Higher scores indicate better functional status.
