Inclusion Criteria

1. Stroke patients with spasticity of the elbow
2. Over 18 years old
3. Spastic Elbow MAS >= 1+
4. An alcohol solution is injected into the musculocutaneous nerve using ultrasound guidance to reduce elbow spasticity.

Exclusion Criteria

1. History of accidents or surgery on the arm or elbow that has been injected with alcohol solution.
