- •College students aged 18 25 years
- •Both male and female students
- •Students enrolled in regular academic programs
- •Students willing to participate and provide informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Students with a history of recent trauma or surgery
- •Students diagnosed with neurological, rheumatological, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions
- •Students currently undergoing treatment for sleep disorders
- •Students with known psychiatric illnesses
