1)Distance between the tip of tube and carina will be measured using fiberoptic bronchoscopy (in mm) <br/ ><br>2)5 point auscultation- <br/ ><br>a) Bilateral air entry equal in lungs <br/ ><br> b) Not equal <br/ ><br>Timepoint: baseline (just after intubation we measure the distance of tip of tube from carina using flexible fiberoptic bronchoscope ) <br/ ><br>
