Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with pressure ulcer injuries
- •2\. Patients aged between 18 years to 99 years.
- •3\. Admitted and discharged in a selected tertiary care hospital and going home with pressure ulcer injury.
- •4\. Patients with caregivers.
- •Patients and caregivers living in Udupi district.
- •5\. Caregivers aged between 18 years to 50 years.
- •6\. Caregivers with an Android smartphone.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. 4th degree pressure ulcer injuries.
- •2\. Burn injury patients.
- •3\. Oncology patients.
- •4\. Neurology patients.
- •5\. Caregivers who are not willing to participate in the study.
