Children undergoing surgery under sevoflurane anaesthesia with supraglottic airway device
1) Refusal to participate by parent/guardian
2) Any known nasopharyngeal / oropharyngeal pathologies (e.g. Adenoid hypertrophy, cleft palate, significant tonsillar hypertrophy â?? grade 2 or more)
3) Anticipated difficult airway
4) Coagulopathy
5) History of nasal bleeding in the past
6) Known case of OSA/OHS
7) H/o CSF rhinorrhoea
8) H/o head injury with base of skull fracture
9) H/o trans-nasal surgery
