1) Adult , ASA(American Society of Anesthesiologist) class I and II (aged 19-65)
2) Patients undergoing general anesthesia undergoing arterial blood pressure monitoring
1) Children (18 years old or younger)
2) BMI> 25 kg / m 2 or <18.5 kg / m 2
3) Neuromuscular disease or mental illness
4) patients with metabolic disease
5) Patients who are expected to have a difficile airway.
6) Patients with asthma or COPD
7) patients with Cardiovascular disease (including hypertension)
8) Patients renal disease
9) Pregnant women,
10) Patients who used opioids before surgery
11) Emergency surgery
