Inclusion Criteria
1. Age group: 18-70 years.
2. Both Sex.
3. ASA grade 1& II
4. Elective Surgeries.
5. Surgeries < 3hrs
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients on β-Blocker.
2. Psychiatric illness.
3. BMI >30.
4. Pregnant patients.
5. Severe Hepatic, Renal diseases.
6. EF <35%, Type 2 and 3 Diastolic disfunction
7. Patients with Heart Block
