Patients with depression are diagnosed by a treating psychiatrist according to ICD criteria of any subtype.
Aged between 18 to 65 years.
Patients on psychotropic medications for their clinical treatment.
To have own mobile connection.
Participants who can read and write Hindi or English language.
Participants are available during the data collection period.
The patient has very severe depression (HDRS-17 scale score > 23).
Patient with active suicidal ideations and active psychosis.
Patient with other neurological conditions.
Patients with co-morbid chronic medical conditions (eg. Cancer, CCF, kidney disease, AIDS, diabetes).
