Inclusion Criteria

Healthy people living and working in Chaing Rai.

Exclusion Criteria

- underlying disease about respiratory system such as; asthma COPD.
- Career with high risk of expose dust or chemicals compounds including; weavers, carvers, Stone Mill Workers.
- Contraindication to perform spirometry including; history of eye/thoracic/abdoninal sugry in 1 month ago, aortic aneurysm, cerebral aneurysm, massive hemoptysis, untreated pneumothorax, unstable cardiovascular function, Respiratory tract infection, nausea, vomitting
