inclusion criteria were as follows: (1) a confirmed diagnosis of stage I-III breast cancer; (2) completion of radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy at =6 months before study enrollment; (3) no metastasis or other cancers; (4) engagement in physical activities for <60 min per week, including resistance exercise, within the preceding 6 months; (5) absence of musculoskeletal, neurological, metabolic, cardiovascular, and respiratory diseases; and (6) no contraindicated medications or comorbidities hindering participation in exercise programs.
Participants were excluded if they had severe cardiac disease, uncontrolled hypertension. Patients with lymphoedema (with intact limb difference >2 cm), neurological disease, rheumatological disease, communication problems, recurrent infections, open wounds or incision presence in the region and patients continuing chemotherapy (CT) or radiotherapy (RT) were excluded.
