Age >18 Year AND <65 Years
American Society Of Anesthesiology(ASA)grade I-II
Patients Posted Electively For Spine Surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Pre-Existing Cardio-Respiratory Disease
Obesity(BMI >30KG/m2)
Pregnant And Breast Feeding
Refusal for consent
Known airway disease
Known allergy to intraoperative medications planned to be used

Name Time Method To evaluate the effect of prone positioning on mechanical power in patients undergoing spine surgery under general anesthesia.Timepoint: 10 min after induction of anesthesia while patient is in supine position <br/ ><br>10 min after turning to prone position <br/ ><br>Immediately before turning supine at the end of surgery 10 minutes after turning supine at the end of surgery before tracheal extubation
