Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) 18\-65 age
- •2\) ASA (American society of anesthesiologists)class I\-II
- •3\) Patients undergoing chemoport insertion procedure in the Ewha womans university mokdong hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Contraindication to dexmedetomidine, Ketamine, Midazolam, Fentanyl
- •2\) underlying psychologic disorder
- •3\) \> ASA class 3
- •4\) decreased renal, hepatic function
- •5\) respiratory disease, sleep apnea, airway obstructive disease.
