Inclusion Criteria

• Systemically healthy
• Non-smoker
• Have not used anti-inflammatory, antibiotic and systemic corticosteroid drugs in the last 3 months
• Not pregnant or lactating
• Have not received periodontal treatment within the last 6 months
• At least 20 teeth in the mouth

Exclusion Criteria

• During pregnancy and lactation
• Have any systemic disease
• Smoking
• Have had periodontal treatment in the last 6 months
• Individuals who have used anti-inflammatory, antibiotic and systemic corticosteroid drugs in the last 3 months
