Inclusion Criteria
- one or more bleeding lesions in patients with chronic infection of dental implants.
- Dutch Periodontal Screening Index from 0 to 2
- Full Mouth Plaque Score inferior or equal to 25%

Exclusion Criteria
- smokers
- pregnant and nursing women
- patients with another parodontal disease excepted chronic infection of dental implants
- systemic inflammatory disease (only based with clinical examination)
- antibiotic in the previous 3 months

Name Time Method Main Objective: To evaluate the influence of the administration of antibiotics on the surgical treatment for chronic infection of dental implants.;Secondary Objective: Not applicable;Primary end point(s): - Measurement of dental plaque, gingival index, suppuration of sondage, depth of sondage, gingival recession.;Timepoint(s) of evaluation of this end point: The measurements will be done at first month, at 3 month and at 6 month
