Inclusion Criteria

- one or more bleeding lesions in patients with chronic infection of dental implants.
- Dutch Periodontal Screening Index from 0 to 2
- Full Mouth Plaque Score inferior or equal to 25%

F.1.2 Adults (18-64 years) yes

F.1.3 Elderly (>=65 years) no

Exclusion Criteria

- smokers
- pregnant and nursing women
- patients with another parodontal disease excepted chronic infection of dental implants
- systemic inflammatory disease (only based with clinical examination)
- antibiotic in the previous 3 months
