The periodontal examination, saliva examination, and bacteriological examination indices of periodontal examination, saliva examination, and bacteriological examination showed a significant decrease in clinical values (p<0.05). It was confirmed that the professional tooth surface cleaning using oral extracts improved the oral environment more professionally and effectively on the tooth surface. Therefore, Gucheok Extract, a natural product, can maintain healthy oral health by suppressing and preventing the progression of peri-implantitis.

Among those aged 20 years or older who agreed to this study, those who have had one or more oral implants and those who have been diagnosed with peri-implantitis within the last 1 year are the subjects of this study.
Among the study participants, those with severe dental caries (enamel caries can participate in the study, except for cases with more than one dentin caries), those with dry mouth, smokers, those with chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, chronic renal failure, etc.), antibiotics Those taking antibiotics (those taking antibiotics in between, those who took antibiotics within 2 weeks of screening), those with severe periodontal disease who have one or more teeth with periodontal pockets larger than 4mm, and periodontal surgery by incising the gums within one month One person, one person diagnosed with hemorrhagic blood disease, met the exclusion criteria and was excluded from this study.
