Inclusion Criteria

inclusion criteria: diabetic foot ulcer patients, ulcers classified as grade 1 to 3 according to the Wagner classification system, receiving regular wound care, absence of granulation tissue in the wound (if present, covering < 10% of the wound base), willingness to participate as a respondent, and aged 18 years or older but less than 70 years.

Exclusion Criteria

The exclusion criteria include patients in an emergency condition, patients who are uncooperative in the study, and patients with comorbidities that impede wound healing.
