Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Thai citizens who are 18 years of age and above
  • 2\. Spastic or involutional entropion with meibomian gland dysfuction
  • 3\. Require entropion eyelid surgical repair

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. History of eyelid surgery
  • 2\. Appointment of eyelid surgery is within the next 6 months
  • 3\. Chronic inflammatory eye diseases that are poor controlled, such as Thyroid eye disease or Steven Johnson syndrome
  • 4\. Allergic to fluorescein
  • 5\. The patient is unable to follow up as per protocol
  • 6\. The patient is unable to communicate the ocular symptoms
  • 7\. The patient denys further treatment
