Inclusion Criteria
All ASA I-III male and female children between 1 month and 12 years undergoing elective or emergency surgery requiring orotracheal intubation with an uncuffed endotracheal tube.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Presence of congenital airway anomaly or known difficult airway
2.Weight < 3kg or > 25kg
3.Height <45 cm or > 105 cm
